Who owns the roads of Creek Estates and Cedar Landing II from hwy 210 across to Drift Wood ?
There are still those who do not know or believe that the CL CE RMO, Inc. actually owns the roads of our two communities, Creek Estates & Cedar Landing II. On July 17, 2017, Lanier Development deeded the roads to the CL CE RMO, Inc. The deed is registered in Burgaw and may be found online or by visiting the County offices in Burgaw.
