{"id":474,"date":"2016-02-19T17:48:25","date_gmt":"2016-02-19T17:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cl-cermo.com\/?page_id=474"},"modified":"2016-02-19T17:49:55","modified_gmt":"2016-02-19T17:49:55","slug":"highlights","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cl-cermo.com\/index.php\/highlights\/","title":{"rendered":"2\/5\/2016 Highlights"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>===== 2\/5\/2016 Highlights =====<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An audit of the 2015 financial records was completed 2\/4\/2016 in accordance with the By-Laws Article 9 Section 2. \u00a0All the records were in order and no issues were identified.<\/p>\n<p>A number of 20 MPH speed limit signs have been purchased and will be installed on the main roads. \u00a0Contact has been made with Pender Sheriff Dept about enforcement of the posted speed limits. \u00a0The posted limits are consistent with other such roads and communities and can be enforced by the Sheriff&#8217;s Department.<\/p>\n<p>Work continues and the improvement is clearly visible on all roads, \u00a0the major roads especially. \u00a0This last storm that blew through created some ruts to be repaired but nothing like the conditions before the gravel and crowning work was done. \u00a0Much progress with much remaining to be done. \u00a0Limited revenue from the RMO fee is the determining\u00a0factor in making more progress.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>===== 2\/5\/2016 Highlights ===== An audit of the 2015 financial records was completed 2\/4\/2016 in accordance with the By-Laws Article 9 Section 2. \u00a0All the records were in order and no issues were identified.
