August 13, 2024 (Postponed from August 6 due to weather)<\/p>\n
The Cedar Landing 2 \u2013 Creek Estates Road Maintenance Organization (RMO) Board of Directors convened at 507 Bishop Drive on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 6:00 pm.\u00a0 Cynthia Kunz, President, convened the meeting.\u00a0 The report of the June 2024 meeting was accepted.<\/p>\n
Members expressed appreciation for the road work done and noted that compliments about the road condition were being offered from members.\u00a0 Currently approved projects were reviewed:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The current bank balance is $37,148.\u00a0 To date, 57% of owners have paid their 2024 road assessment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Per the Board\u2019s direction, $2,500 has been placed in a savings account and one additional signatory, Sue Conerly, has been added to both accounts.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Members noted that the quarterly reports to the members were growing repetitive and were time consuming and expensive to mail.\u00a0 Members decided that the current issue should announce that the RMO is moving to an annual and mid-year report in 2024 and that these reports will be published by email only unless an owner requested a mailed copy.<\/p>\n
