April 2, 2024<\/p>\n
The Cedar Landing 2 \u2013 Creek Estates Road Maintenance Organization (RMO) Board of Directors convened at 507 Bishop Drive on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 6:00 pm.<\/p>\n
Cynthia Kunz, President, convened the meeting.\u00a0 The report of the February 2024 meeting was accepted.<\/p>\n
Rob Schneider provided a status report on current projects.\u00a0 Two potential contractors have been identified as backup possibilities:\u00a0 Gary Schaeffer (910.545.5844) and Viking Lawn Care and Landscaping (919.394.5095).\u00a0 Rob will follow-up with both to determine capabilities and equipment availability.<\/p>\n

Members discussed preventative patching on Cedar Avenue asphalt and reviewed the status of issues to be addressed as soon as possible:<\/p>\n
Members reviewed other issues to be addressed in 2024:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The current bank balance is ~$28,000.\u00a0 To date, 45% of owners have paid their 2024 road assessment.<\/p>\n

Motion Made and Seconded:\u00a0 To authorize establishment of a savings account for CL2-CE RMO and placement of $2,500.00 in the account.<\/p>\n
