{"id":3027,"date":"2025-01-09T17:00:24","date_gmt":"2025-01-09T17:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cl-cermo.com\/?page_id=3027"},"modified":"2025-01-09T17:20:46","modified_gmt":"2025-01-09T17:20:46","slug":"february-2024","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cl-cermo.com\/index.php\/february-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"February  2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BOARD of directors<\/p>\n<p>CL2 \u2013 CE RMO, Inc.<\/p>\n<p>Meeting Report<\/p>\n<p>February 6, 2024<\/p>\n<p>The Cedar Landing 2 \u2013 Creek Estates Road Maintenance Organization (RMO) Board of Directors convened at 507 Bishop Drive on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 6:00 pm.<\/p>\n<p>Cynthia Kunz, President, convened the meeting.\u00a0 As there was no quorum established at the January meeting, there was no report.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Road Maintenance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Rob Schneider provided a status report on current projects.\u00a0 The RMO will continue to search for a partner to serve as backup in case large or specialized equipment is needed or that Rob is not available.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Members discussed preventative patching on Cedar Avenue asphalt and reviewed the status of issues to be addressed as soon as possible:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Block of Landing Drive approaching Driftwood \u2013 done \u2013 Rob Schneider tried to narrow the road but rock was too hard; added seed and straw<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ashley Lane at Phillips Court \u2013 needs rock \u2013 done<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Park and Bishop Drives \u2013 raise roads and restore drainage<\/li>\n<li>Rustic Court &#8211; rock<\/li>\n<li>New speed bump \u2013 502-503 Creek \u2013 <em>Purchase of manufactured speed bump approved<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Members reviewed other issues to be addressed in 2024:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cedar Avenue \u2013 continue speed bumps replacement<\/li>\n<li>Bishop Court \u2013 roadbed stabilization<\/li>\n<li>Donna\u2019s Drive \u2013 rock to relieve ponding and stabilize roadbed<\/li>\n<li>Cedar Avenue and Pine Ridge Drive &#8211;
