rock<\/li>\n<li>Cedar Avenue \u2013 continue speed bumps replacement<\/li>\n<li>New speed bump \u2013 502-503 Creek<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Members reviewed issues to be addressed after Hurricane Season:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bishop Drive \u2013 roadbed stabilization<\/li>\n<li>Bishop Court \u2013 roadbed stabilization<\/li>\n<li>Cedar Avenue and Pine Ridge Drive &#8211; tile replacement<\/li>\n<li>Phillips Court and Ashley Lane intersection &#8211; rock<\/li>\n<li>Creek Court potholes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Financial Operations <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The current bank balance is $33,264.00.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Other Issues <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Boat launch site signs and walkway \u2013 theft of parking sign reported to Sherriff; letter asking if anyone saw anything or has security footage to be sent<\/li>\n<li>Road maintenance contract \u2013 One other potential bidder identified; Request for Quotation to be sent<\/li>\n<li>Fall Community Grill \u2013 Sunday, October 1 (2-4 pm)\n<ul>\n<li>Volunteers Needed<\/li>\n<li>Cheri Parnell will coordinate 50\/50 raffle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Request for landscaping around Creek Estates sign \u2013 Requester, Lisa Fussell, will coordinate volunteers;
