House of Representatives<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 300 N Salisbury Street, Room 633<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Raleigh, NC 27603-5925<\/span><br \/>\n910-270-2605<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dear Representative Smith,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I am\u00a0one of the 225+\u00a0 property owners in the Creek Estates and Cedar Landing II subdivisions located in Pender county near Surf City.\u00a0\u00a0The specific address of my<\/span> property is shown below.<\/p>\n<p>When developed 30 years ago the developer did not make provisions for an HOA type organization.\u00a0 The developer or his contractor provided maintenance on the\u00a0 ~3 miles of roadway until 2015 when all maintenance ceased without advance notice in July 2015.\u00a0\u00a0Two roads in specific join to form a well known and very popular short cut from Hwy 210 to the Swing Bridge at Surf City, bypassing 3 stop lights, 2 miles of traffic, any speed limit enforcement. These roads were never engineered, designed, or constructed for the growing traffic level.
